WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
Renter must be 21+ with an active Rhode Island Driver's license & Insurance policy with comprehensive & collision. All documents must be provided at the time of booking.
HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A VEHICLE?
In order to provide the best quality service to all of our customers, reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis. We ask that you contact us 48 hours prior to desired date of booking to make sure we have vehicles available.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT OR ANY OTHER EXTRA FEES?
We require a $100 deposit on all reservations. Deposits are only refundable if there are no visible damages or signs of smoking at the time of drop off. Gas tank must be returned at the same level as it was when car was picked up, or a gas fee will be applied. Please understand that all tolls or tickets during rental term will be redirected to the renter.
HOW FAR CAN I TRAVEL WITH THE CAR?
We ask that all of our cars stay in Rhode Island or surrounding New England areas.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept cash, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, & ApplePay. We currently do not accept Credit Cards.
